History

C.W. Miller - Founder

In 1896, C.W. Miller at the age of 12 started painting buggies and carriages. Nine years later in 1905, C.W. built his first shop and expanded his services to include repairs. That business gradually evolved into auto paint and collision repair when cars took the place of the carriage and buggy.

Charles W. Miller - Son

Charles W. Jr., started working with his father in 1928. In 1946 his father's health was in decline, so Charles W. Jr. later bought the business in 1948 after his father's health was in decline.

Unfortunately the building burned down due to some faulty wiring. Not to be discouraged, Charles rebuilt and ran the business until he was killed in a traffic accident in 1956.

Robert Miller - Grandson

After his father's death in 56, Robert took over running the shop and growing the business. At age 63, Robert began phasing himself out of the business.

Jeff Miller & Mike Miller

Robert's sons Jeff and Mike, now run the business.
