Step 1: Priming and Paint Preparation \u2014 Once the vehicle is repaired, it is cleaned thoroughly and a coat of primer is applied to all bare metal. Primer not only provides protection from corrosion, but it also ensures proper application of the paint. The primed vehicle is sanded and prepared for the color and clear coats of paint.<\/p>

Step 2: Refinishing \u2014 This is where our computerized color matching system gets to work, performing a color analysis in order to find an exact match for the color of your vehicle. The paint is mixed (by computer for maximum accuracy), and multiple coats are applied. the paint is blended with the nearby panels, if applicable, and several coats of clear, protective paint are applied on any panels that have been repaired, repainted, and replaced.<\/p>

Step 3: Reassembly \u2014 Now it\u2019s time to put the vehicle back together! For the painting and repair process, the interior trim, exterior trim, glass panels, body panels, and bumpers may be removed. Now they are installed and\/or replaced as needed. The electronic systems of the vehicle are checked, and any needed resets are performed.<\/p>

Step 4: Quality Control \u2014 Before the vehicle moves forward, it goes through a detailed quality control inspection. Our team reviews the repaired and refinished areas to make sure the work meets our standards. If any concerns are found, such as areas that need additional sanding, polishing, refinishing, or adjustment, they are addressed before the vehicle is approved. The goal is to make sure the repair, finish, fit, and overall appearance are clean, consistent, and up to standard.<\/p>

Step 5: Road Testing \u2014 To ensure that the vehicle\u2019s structure has been thoroughly repaired and all electronic systems are functioning properly, the vehicle is road tested. A final quality inspection is performed after road testing, and the vehicle is ready for delivery to you\u2013our soon-to-be happy customer.<\/p>

Step 6: Cleaning \u2014 Before delivery, the vehicle goes through a thorough cleaning inside and out. The exterior is washed and polished for a clean, finished appearance, and the interior is cleaned so the vehicle is ready to return to you.
